93269-35-3: Methylprednisolone EP Impurity G
It is an impurity present in Methylprednisolone, Methylprednisolone is a prednisolone derivative glucocorticoid, which inhibits pro-inflammatory signals and promotes anti-inflammatory signals. corticosteroids decreased vasodilation and permeability of capillaries and also decreased leukocyte migration to sites of inflammation. Glucocorticoids inhibit neutrophil apoptosis and emargination they inhibit phospholipase A2, which decreases the formation of arachidonic acid derivatives they inhibit NF-Kappa B and inflammatory transcription factors.
