N-Nitroso-Drotaverine

N Nitroso Drotaverine is an antispasmodic used to relieve gastric and renal colics. It is a selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase IV. Chemically it is a benzylisoquinoline derivative. Its metabolites are excreted through bile.
