Proflavine Hemisulfate (CAS No: 3237-53-4) or acridine-3,6-diamine, sulfuric acid is an acridine-derived fluorescent dye that can be utilized as a rapid stain for cytologic investigation of biological specimens. It fluorescently stains cell nuclei and cytoplasmic structures.
