Sacubitril AHU-66(CAS No: 1426129-50-1) or N-[(1R)-2-[1,1'-Biphenyl]-4-yl-1-(hydroxymethyl)ethyl]carbamic acid 1,1-dimethyl ethyl ester, is a neprilysin inhibitor and LBQ657 inhibits neprilysin that used with chronic heart failure and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events, it is metabolized to LBQ657 by esterases and the half-life of sacubitril is 1.1 to 3.6 hours.
