Intern – Sales Business Development
Responsibilities and key activities:
- Develop new business by actively identifying client prospects, and market opportunities and effectively articulating sales propositions concerning prospects’ requirements and business needs.
- Actively and successfully manage the full sales process: lead generation and pitching new clients; negotiation phase; closing phase.
- Strong internal project management with key stakeholders and close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Sales, Research & Development, and Dispatch.
- Ensure accounts performance in terms of sales, profitability, quality, and service
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards
- Project – manage significant changes affecting the account, including major new products, changes to business processes, service levels, and terms of trade.
- Build and maintain product knowledge, keeping abreast of product enhancements and the latest industry trends, and providing feedback to product and sales management.
Expertise and skills:
- Studying or graduating from Business Administration, Management, Business, or similar.
- Prior experience in the B2B segment and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all internal and external teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and written/spoken communication skills in English
- Methodical, organized, self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.

Requirements and skills:

Scientist – Synthesis
Qualification
- M.Sc. Organic chemistry from a reputed University / School with 2-10 years of industrial experience OR Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry with around 2 years of Experience in impurity synthesis is preferable.
Job Description
- Synthesis of reference impurities through existing / new routes of synthesis.
- Able to conduct complex experimental work safely.
- Good experimental skills with a learning attitude and updating the latest developments in synthetic chemistry
- Sound Knowledge of isolation, separation & purification techniques.
- Experience in the characterization and identification of Organic molecules using spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, LCMS, and HPLC.
- Positive and confident individual with a strong work ethic.
- Team player and good communication skills.
- Capable to work logically, and consistently on the assigned projects and meeting timelines.
- Plan and carry out, the synthesis and optimization of assigned individual reaction steps to allow successful Lab scale synthesis.
- Carefully documents the experiments in the notebook.
- Should be self-disciplined to achieve results and is able to work on different projects in parallel.
