4'-Hydroxy Aceclofenac (CAS No: 229308-90-1) or 2-[(2,6-Dichloro-4-hydroxyphenyl)amino]benzeneacetic Acid Carboxymethyl Ester is a major metabolite of Aceclofenac that is a novel nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
