Description

Acetylcysteine EP Impurity D (CAS No: 18725-37-6) or N, S-Diacetyl-L-cysteine N-Acetylcysteine is an impurity in Acetylcysteine that is a significant mucolytic agent used to reduce the viscosity of pulmonary secretions in respiratory diseases and is an effective antidote in the treatment of paracetamol poisoning.
