Adenosine 5'-Diphosphate (CAS No: 58-64-0) or [(2R,3S,4R,5R)-5-(6-aminopurin-9-yl)-3,4-dihydroxyoxolan-2-yl]methyl phosphono hydrogen phosphate is used in biochemistry and clinical chemistry. It is used in the formation of ATP by phosphorylation with phosphoenolpyruvate and pyruvate kinase.
