Brimonidine Acrylate or 3-(2-((5-bromoquinoxalin-6-yl)amino)-4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-1-yl)propanoic acid is the associate impurity of Brimonidine. Brimonidine is employed to treat open-angle glaucoma or high fluid pressure in the eye and Lowering high fluid pressure in the eye reduces the risk of vision loss, nerve damage, or blindness.
