N-Nitrosodipropylamine (CAS No: 621-64-7) is a derivative of the N-nitrosamine which produces a high incidence of hepatic tumors in rats, isolated rat liver microsomes metabolize NDPA by both a-oxidation to yield propionaldehyde, n-propanol, and isopropanol.
