Abacavir N-Oxide Impurity (CAS No: 1443421-70-2) is formed by the degradation of Abacavir. Abacavir is a nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitor that inhibits isolates of HIV in vitro with a potency similar to that of zidovudine for the treatment of HIV-infected patients.
