Nintedanib Nitroso Impurity 1 or methyl (Z)-3-(((4-(N-methyl-2-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)acetamido)phenyl)(nitroso)amino)(phenyl)methylene)-2-oxoindoline-6carboxylate, is a triple angiokinase inhibitor, is a small molecule, competitive that used for the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, interstitial lung disease. it acts to inhibit platelet-derived growth factors and fibroblast growth factor receptors.
